The third Sunday of each month starting in March ending in September we hold a .22 shoot on the lower rifle range. The shoot is designed as a fun event for both young and old. The course is set up at 50 yards with steel silhouettes and cans and soda pop bottles. Cost $5.00 you can shoot as much as you like
The shoot is designed to Work the way you would shoot 22 in your backyard or with friends. It is not competitive and it is only held for fun. The only real rules we have apply to safety and consideration of others.
The cost is five dollars to help cover the expense of the targets and the time to set it up. We then shoot to knockdown the steel targets bottles or cans, when everything is knocked over we reset the course and shoot again.
Other calibers welcome but need to be approved by Club Member running the shoot. Not all targets are capable of handling higher power cartridges.
Fun for casual black powder shooting.
You can shoot from standing or benchrest position.
Shoot starts 9:00 AM.
